1. Agreement and Authority

By booking with Tripfly Ltd, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these T&Cs on behalf of yourself and all members of your travel party. You are responsible for all payments due from each party member.

2. Booking and Contract Formation

Your contract with Tripfly Ltd begins upon completing the booking process, acknowledging these T&Cs, and making the required payment. We will issue a confirmation invoice to finalize the contract.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is paramount to us. In compliance with GDPR, we collect and use personal data including your name, title, date of birth, address, contact details, gender, passport information, emergency contacts, booking reference, payment card details, meal preferences, and destination address. This information is used to manage your booking, process payments, personalize services, communicate with you, and for legal and operational purposes. We may share your data with group companies, selected third parties, and service providers as necessary. We implement robust security measures to protect your data and comply with legal requirements.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required at booking, with full payment due 8 weeks before departure. Payment can be made via major credit cards and debit cards.

5. Cancellation and Alteration by You

Changes or cancellations are subject to our policy, including amendment fees and additional costs. Cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit or incur additional charges.

6. Changes by Tripfly Ltd

We reserve the right to modify flight and service descriptions, informing you of significant changes and offering alternatives or refunds where applicable.

7. Liability and Complaints

Our liability is limited to ensuring your booking is as described. For complaints, contact us immediately during your travel and in writing within 28 days of your return.

8. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements

You are responsible for meeting all travel document and health requirements. Check with relevant authorities well in advance.

9. Third-Party Suppliers

Your contract for airline tickets is with the airline, subject to their terms and conditions. Tripfly Ltd acts as an agent in these arrangements.

10. Miscellaneous

  • Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended.
  • Advance Passenger Information (API): Required for travel to certain countries.
  • Hotel Ratings & Descriptions: For guidance only; standards may vary.
  • Additional Taxes: Local taxes or charges may apply and are payable directly to the service provider.

11. Agreement to Terms

By booking, you agree to these T&Cs in full. If you disagree, please refrain from using our site or services.
